STARTERS 
Soup  
Homemade soup of the day, served with Turkish style homemade bread

Deep fried filo pastry parcels filled with feta cheese and spinach.

Kalamar 
Marinated squid rings served with salad and dipping sauce 
Sucuk 
Sliced chargrilled spicy Turkish beef sausage served with salad 
Arnavut ciğeri * 
Sautéed lambs liver with caramelised red onion and seasoned with cumin. Served with salad garnish  
(An original Ottoman street food) 
Karides Tava* 
Pan fried king prawns with garlic butter, fresh chilli and herbs 
Mitete Kofte 
Ottoman style lamb or chicken patties cooked in a tomato sauce 
Humus Kavurma* 
Specially seasoned diced chicken served on our own delicious humus 
Mixed Meze Platter 
A mixed meze platter is an ideal way to sample the flavoursome cuisine of Turkey and ideal for sharing with friends!

MAINS 

As well as our British favourites you'll see we've introduced some dishes with a Turkish influence which we hope you will like. 

Greyhound Fish Pie 
Salmon, haddock, smoked haddock and prawns in a fish veloute sauce, topped with sliced potatoes  
and cheddar cheese glaze. Served with vegetables. 
Seabass 
Pan fried seabass fillet set on a bed of crushed potato and served with a white wine sauce. 
Served with seasonal vegetables 
Haddock and Chips 
Beer battered haddock with homemade twice cooked chips. served with peas and homemade tartare sauce 
Tavuklu Patlican Oturtma 
Aubergine stuffed with diced sauteed chicken, mushrooms, tomato, peppers.  
Topped with bechamel sauce and cheese glaze 
Greyhound Chicken 
Pieces of chicken breast slowly cooked peppers, apricots, sultanas, almonds, honey, 
lemon and cinnamon. Served with rice. 
Anadolu Tavuk 
Strips of chicken breast cooked in a creamy tomato sauce with peppers and garlic, set in a pancake basket 
finished with cheese. Served with rice. 
Chicken Breast 
Chicken breast stuffed with Wensleydale cheese and wrapped in bacon. 
Served with a selection of vegetables 
Tavuk Sis 
Marinated diced chicken breast, chargrilled, served with rice or chips, salad garnish & yoghurt dip 
Tavuk Guvec 
A Turkish style chicken casserole which includes aubergine, carrot, chicpeas and peppers 
in a rich tomato sauce served in a remekin & topped with bechamel sauce. 
Accompanied by rice and salad 
Pasha Tavuk 
Chargrilled marinated diced chicken breast on a bed of aubergine, pureed peppers and chopped parsley,  
mixed with garlic yoghurt. Served with rice.  
Ali Nazik  
( A dish first presented to Sultan Selim in the 16th century by the famous Ottoman chef Ali Nazik) 
Chargrilled marinated diced lamb fillets on a bed of aubergine, pureed peppers, chopped parsley  
and mixed with garlic yoghurt. Served with rice. 
Lamb Shank 
Slow cooked tender lamb shank served on a creamy mashed potato with  
rich onion gravy and a medley of vegetables 
Kuzu Sis 
Marinated diced lamb, chargrilled served with rice or chips, salad garnish and spicy dip 
Kuzu Guvec 
The Turkish style lamb casserole includes aubergine, carrot, chickpeas and peppers in a rich tomato sauce. 
Served in a ramekin topped with bechamel sauce this dish is served with rice and salad. 
Greyhound Mixed Grill 
A succulent combination of steak, gammon, lamb sis, chicken sis, meatballs, sausages and black pudding. 
Served with onion rings, mushroom, tomatoes and homamade chips 
Gammon 
Chargrilled gammon, onion, tomato and chips. Served with a choice of egg or pineapple 
Izgara Kofte 
Chargrilled minced lamb patties, seasoned with parsley and herbs. 
Served with twice cooked chips, salad and homemade chilli or yoghurt dip 
Patlican Oturtma(V) 
Aubergine stuffed with mushrooms, tomato, peppers. topped with cheese glaze 
Sebzeli Guvec(V) 
Orginal Turkish style vegetable casserole with aubergine, potatoes, peppers, courgettes,peas, 
carrots, chickpeasand herbs. topped with bechamel sauce and glaze with cheese this dish is served with rice 
Nohutlu Kroket(V) 
Crushed chickpeas mixed with egg, flour, cheese, mango chuttney and seasoning, 
coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried

With toffee sauce and topped with shavings of belgian chocolate. Served with cream or ice cream

Traditional apple pie served with custard, cream or ice cream 
Berry Cheesecake 
Made to our own special recipe, this rasberry topped cheesecake has a base of dates, almonds and chocolate. It is also gluten free! 
Chef`s own Turkish Baklava 
A Turkish favourite made on the premises. Layers of fine pastry with a filling of nuts & syrup  
served with Turkish delight ice cream 
Creme Brulee 
Vanilla flavoured creme brulee served with Turkish delight ice cream 
Fudge Cake 
Rich chocolate fudge cake served with cream or ice cream 
Lemon Posset 
A truly light dessert served with a madley of berries and a berry sauce 
Ice Cream 
Assorted ice creams including apple tea, Turkish delight and melon sorbet ice cream
