Salmon, haddock, smoked haddock, and prawns in a fish velour sauce

Pan fried sea bass fillet set on crushed potato

Ali Nazik - £16.50 
( A dish first presented to Sultan Selim in the 16th century by the famous Ottoman chef Ali Nazik) 
Chargrilled marinated diced lamb fillets on a bed of aubergine, pureed peppers, chopped parsley
