Aubergine stuffed with diced sauteed chicken, mushrooms, tomato, peppers.

Sebzeli Guvec(V)
Original Turkish style vegetable casserole with aubergine, potatoes, peppers, courgettes, peas,
carrots, chickpeas and herbs. Topped with bechamel sauce and glaze with cheese this dish is served with rice
All our dishes are cooked to order, thus enabling us to 'tweak' a recipe to meet individual taste
