Greyhound Fish Pie
Salmon, haddock, smoked haddock and prawns in a fish veloute sauce, topped with sliced potatoes
and cheddar cheese glaze. Served with vegetables.
Pan fried seabass fillet set on a bed of crushed potato and served with a white wine sauce.

Aubergine stuffed with diced sauteed chicken, mushrooms, tomato, peppers.
Topped with bechamel sauce and cheese glaze
Pieces of chicken breast slowly cooked peppers, apricots, sultanas, almonds, honey,
lemon and cinnamon. Served with rice.
Strips of chicken breast cooked in a creamy tomato sauce with peppers and garlic, set in a pancake basket

All our dishes are cooked to order, thus enabling us to "tweak" a recipe to meet individual taste.
However we do ask you to understand, that at busy times there could be a small wait!
